STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK (Mainland) delivery on all orders of £60 and above and this includes furniture
Our standard delivery is with either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the parcel size. This service is tracked.
Our aim is to despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
For orders below £60 our delivery charge is £4.95
PREMIUM DELIVERY
We also offer a premium next day delivery service with either DPD at a cost of £7.95 to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
You will see an estimated delivery date on the delivery page before completing your purchase and we will email you to let you know when your order has been despatched.
We despatch Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
If an order is returned to us because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address or if it is not collected from a courier pick up point and returned to us then we will refund the cost of the order less any delivery costs paid by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible should you choose to change either the delivery address or request for your parcel to be left in a safe place once it has been despatched.

We ship to most EU countries although we are unable to ship furniture
When purchasing from an EU country our website will automatically deduct UK Vat (currently 20%) from the price to reflect that you are purchasing from the EU
However you will be expected to pay VAT at your local country rate plus any duties which may be due to DHL before they are able to deliver
